旋转超声机床的机电系统设计

         

摘要

旋转超声加工被广泛用于加工各种硬脆材料,是一种新型的复合加工方法,具有加工表面质量好、加工精度高、刀具磨损小等优点。主要介绍旋转超声机床的机电系统设计。以ACR9000控制器为核心,选取Cyclone驱动器,对控制电路进行设计与安装。通过调节PID参数,使机床整体运行平稳,对各轴进行运动精度检测。目前,已经完成旋转超声机床4个自由度的机电系统设计,并实现四轴联动,为后期的超声试验奠定了基础。%Rotary ultrasonic machining has been widely used in processing all kinds of hard and brittle materials. It is a new type of composite processing method and has advantages of good surface quality,high machining precision,little tool wear. The design of the mechatronics system for rotary ultrasonic machining was focused on. With ACR9000 controller as the core and Cyclone as the drives,the control circuit was designed and installed. By adjusting PID parameters,the machine was running smoothly and the move-ment precision inspecting for each axis was done. At present,the mechatronics system with 4 DOF is accomplished and four axis link-age is realized. It lays foundation for ultrasonic experiment at later stage.
