基于网络的数控机床远程监控与管理系统设计与实现

摘要

针对底层数控设备信息集成的需求, 采用基于富互联网应用程序 ( RIA) 技术开发了基于网络的数控机床远程监控与管理系统, 实时获取数控机床加工工艺参数、 PLC 信号、 报警信息、 伺服电流, 在线管理加工程序、 故障诊断、 远程控制、 维护机床信息等, 实现了数控机床远程监控与管理.%According to the requirement of information integration for the CNC equipment, the remote monitoring and management system of NC machine tool based on rich internet application ( RIA) was designed with the functions of real-time acquiring technics parameters, PLC signal, alarm information and servo current, fault diagnosis, remote control, maintenance of machine tool informa-tion.
