基于Workbench的比例多路阀流固耦合数值分析

         

摘要

The flow field of a certain proportional multi-way valve were analyzed by using fluid dynamics software Fluent .The re-sults of analysis shows that the valve inlet pressure drop is most obviously , the largest velocity increased significantly , the cavitation phenomenon is occurred around the valve corner .The valve core structure factors influence on these results was analyzed , and opening K shape notch on the valve core was optimized , the results shows that the valve cavity flow more smoothly after the optimized structure . Finally, the improved valve core was carried on the finite element analysis by using the fluid-structure interaction technology on work-bench, it is concluded that the shape of valve core variable distribution and temperature distribution to consistent with the practical test results, and provided an important basis on choosing the structure and material of valve core .%利用流体力学软件Fluent对某型比例多路阀内的流场进行分析,分析结果表明:阀口处的压降最大,流速大幅度增加,阀芯拐角处产生空穴现象。分析阀芯结构因素对产生这些结果的影响,并对阀芯上开K形槽口进行优化,结果表明经过结构优化后阀腔内的液流更加平稳。最后利用Workbench流固耦合技术对改进后的阀芯进行了有限元分析,得出阀芯的形变量分布图和温度分布图与实践检测结果一致,为阀芯结构的设计和材料的选择提供了参考。
