诱导轮五轴数控加工研究

         

摘要

诱导轮是一种结构新颖,性能优良的流体装置,自身具有良好的抗汽蚀性,是液体火箭发动机涡轮泵的关键部件。介绍多轴加工技术以及多轴加工中的核心要素———刀轴矢量控制模式及UG软件“Mill_multi_blade”刀路策略的功能、作用及主要参数的含义。同时较系统地介绍了采用该加工策略对诱导轮进行刀轨设置的整个流程及关键参数的解析。经验证,采用该刀轨策略能较高效地完成零件的加工。同时介绍了安装UG “后处理”程序的关键步骤及实际加工中的注意事项,最后对该领域后续的研究进行了阐述。%Inducer is a fluid device with new structure, high performance, excellent cavitation resistance.It is the critical com-ponent of turbine pump of liquid-propellant rocket engine.The multi-axis machining technology;the tool axis vector control mode as the core elements of multi-axis machining;the function, effect and the meaning of the main parameters of the“Mill_multi_blade” tool path strategy of the UG software were introduced.At the same time, the whole process of the tool path settings and the key parameters par-sing for the inducer with this processing strategy were introduced systematically.After verification, using this tool path strategy can com-plete the parts processing more efficiently.Also, the key steps of the UG“post-processing” installation and the matters needed attention in the actual processing were introduced.The subsequent research was introduced.
