The system composition and working principle of hydraulic motion control experimental bench which was used in labo⁃ratory were introduced, its closed⁃loop force control system was described emphatically. On the basis of the AMESim element models which were established according to the actual servo proportional valve and hydraulic cylinder, AMESim model of closed⁃loop force control system was given. The influences of different sampling time on the system were analyzed. Under two kinds of load condition in⁃cluding elastic load and non elastic load, dynamic response curves were analyzed. Finally PID controller was added to correct the sys⁃tem and a satisfactory result was gotten.%介绍正在实验室使用的液压运动控制实验台的系统组成及工作原理,并着重描述了其闭环力控制系统。针对实际应用的伺服比例阀及液压缸建立了AMESim元件模型,在此基础上给出了闭环力控制系统的AMESim模型。针对该计算机离散力控制系统,分析不同采样时间对系统的影响,并在弹性负载以及非弹性负载两种加载条件下分析动态响应特性曲线,最后加入PID控制器对系统进行了校正,得到较满意的结果。
