办公座椅五星脚优化设计

摘要

建立办公座椅五星脚的有限元分析模型，根据ANSI＿BIFMA＿X5．1．1＿2002，对五星脚的强度进行了仿真分析和优化设计。产品设计开模后，五星脚样品亦可通过椅脚静压测试标准，与仿真分析结果相符。该研究对进一步缩短办公椅研发周期具有良好的工程实用价值。%It establishes the CAE model of chair and analyzes the strength on ANSI_BIFMA_X5.1.1_2002 .It shows the mold of the chair and simulates the sample of the chair for static load test , analyzes the simulating re-sult of experiment conforms .The analysis and optimzation design is useful for reducing the period of the office chair development .
