Aiming at improving sealing property of casing premium connection,it describes the sealing mechanism of the casing premium connection,analyzes the effect of different axial tension on the sealing performance of casing joints based on ANSYS software,and simulates the actual service environment of oil casing.The results show that:under compound load,axial tensile load is too large and the thread sticking phenomenon is serious,but also in the sealing contact surface leakage channel,contact pressure and contact length decreases to a certain extent,eventually leads to poor sealing effect of the casing premium connection.%为了提升特殊螺纹套管接头的密封性能,通过模拟油套管下井后的实际工作环境,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件研究和分析不同轴向拉伸裁荷对套管接头密封性能的影响.研究结果表明:在复合载荷作用下,过大的轴向拉伸载荷会使螺纹粘扣现象严重,而且还会在密封接触面间产生泄漏通道,同时会使接触面间的接触压力和接触长度减小,接头密封效果变差.
