Based on the previous research of new type hydraulic diaphragm pump power end , it takes the single acting diaphragm pump as the research object , establishes the mathematical model of valve control cylinder speed system.The results show that under certain conditions , the transfer function between the displacement of valve core and the hydraulic cylinder can be simplified as a proportion link .It sets up the transfer function between the electro-hydraulic proportional valve control signal and the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder displacement , verifies and analyzes the established mathematical model of valve control cylinder .%在前期对新型隔膜泵液压动力端研究的基础上,以三缸单作用隔膜泵为研究对象,建立了液压动力端阀控缸速度控制系统的数学模型。对阀控缸速度控制系统的数学模型进行分析表明,在特定条件下阀芯位移与液压缸输出位移之间的传递函数可以简化为比例环节,并在此基础上推导出了电液比例阀输入控制信号与液压缸输出位移之间总的传递函数。最后,对所建立的阀控缸数学模型进行了检验及分析。
