沥青搅拌楼楼架举升状况下的强度分析

摘要

楼架强度是衡量沥青搅拌楼在举升过程中承载能力的重要标准.研究了楼架在静态和动态状况下的受力情况,并利用大型有限元分析软件Abaqus对楼架最易遭到破坏的两个角度进行强度分析.根据分析结果,验证楼架结构设计的合理性,这对类似结构的设计、分析具有参考价值.%The frame strength is an important standand which judges the carrying capacity of asphalt mixing plant in lifting condition. This paper researches on the force which the static and dynamic frame bears and uses Abaqus finite element analysis software to an alyze the frame strength in the two cases of the frame which may be most easily damaged in lifting condition. According to the out come, the rationality of the design can be proved, hi is of reference value to the design and analysis of similar structure.
