基于VB的ANSYS二次开发在液压缸参数化设计中的应用

         

摘要

简述了基于VB的ANSYS二次开发模块在液压缸参数化设计中的作用.介绍了实现此二次开发的流程及相关VB程序,利用VB编制了ANSYS二次开发的交互式界面,并以液压缸缸体为实例调用该二次开发模块进行了有限元分析.此二次开发模块具有界面友好、操作简单、嵌入性良好的特点,弥补了原液压缸参数化系统在零件性能分析上的不足,有利于用户方便、快速地对液压缸零件进行有限元分析,提高了开发效率,降低了用户的工作强度.%This paper presents the ANSYS secondary development based on VB and its application in Parametric design of hydraulic cylinder and introduces the procedure of realizing such secondary development and the related VB program which is used to compile the interface of ANSYS secondary development.Besides,the finite element analysis of cylinder body is made via secondary development module to illustrate the whole process.This secondary development module has the advantages of friendly interface,favorably embed ability and convenient operation.It make up for the shortage of the performance analysis of the original parametric design system and is helpful to the users who analyze the hydraulic cylinder through tinier elmenet method rapidly and conveniently.Therefore,the development efficiency is raised and the working strength of the users is reduced.
