铝制薄壁圆筒零件切槽工艺设计

         

摘要

铝制薄壁零件具有密度小、成本低、塑性好及易切削等特点,由于其缺口敏感性比较强,不仅装夹容易变形,而且在加工过程中产生的切削力和切削热都会使零件变形.针对铝制薄壁零件厚度较薄、加工精度要求较高、加工过程中容易产生变形等问题,对其切槽的加工工艺进行改进,解决工件的变形问题,保证了零件的加工品质.%Thin wall aluminum parts have the characteristics of low density,low cost,good plasticity and easy cutting,but their notch sensitivity is strong,they are deformed easity when they are clamped and the cutting force and cutting heat would cause the deformation of parts in the process of cutting.For the high accuracy,easy deformation and other problems the thin wall aluminum parts,the processing technology of groove cutting should be improved to solve the workpiece deformation problem and ensure the machining quality of parts.
