HEV再生制动控制策略的研究与优化

         

摘要

Recycle braking energy is HEV important characteristics and the key technology of HEV realizing fuel economy and in-hancing travel distance. In view of the problems of current regenerative braking control strategy of static distribution and the vehicle brake dynamics and constraint conditions, this paper establishes the model of brake system and proposes.A new regenerative braking control strategery of dynamic collaborative distribution between regenerative braking force and frictional braking force of HEV in the prerequisite of assuring safety performance of vehicle. Simulation and correction are carried out with Matlab/Advisor for typical driving cycles. Results show that vehicle takes advantage of the ground adhesion coefficient to meet the requirements of safe driving and recycle more braking energy under the new regenrative control strategy.%制动能量回收是HEV的一个重要特性,也是HEV能实现燃油经济性和提高续驶里程的关键技术.针对目前再生制动静态分配控制策略存在的问题,通过对制动动力学和约束问题研究,建立系统的数学模型,在保证车辆安全性能的条件下,提出了再生制动力和机械摩擦制动力的动态协同分配控制策略,并在汽车仿真软件advisor平台上对典型行驶循环下进行仿真分析和修正.结果表明,在这种新控制策略制动时,前轮和后轮能够充分利用地面附着系数,既可以满足制动安全性的要求又可以回收更多的制动能量.
