针对飞机工装任务的日益繁重，其零组件的命名是个重复、缺乏创新的劳动，现阶段中，这些工作都是人工完成的。利用CATIA平台和VS2005软件，提出基于参数因子的零件序号管理方法，实现重名零件的命名，设计出了工装智能快速命名工具。经用户测试，该工具具有很好的实用性，大大缩短了劳动时间并提高了准确率。%The task of aircraft assembly tooling becomes heavier and heavier, naming of components is a repetition work which is lack of innovation. Al the work is done humanly at the present stage. With the use of CATIA and VS 2005,this paper proposes a new way based on parameter factor for managing the sequence number of the components and designs the intel igent and rapid naming tool. By the test, this tool is very useful for greatly reducing the work time and increasing the accuracy.
