基于介电常数法的润滑油水分快速分析

摘要

提出一种基于介电常数法的润滑油水分快速分析方法.该方法通过测定含水润滑油及添加无水CuSO4脱水剂后介电常数的差值,通过实验得到介电常数法差值和润滑油水分含量的关系式得到润滑油中水分的含量.运用此方法可以快速估计润滑油中水分的含量,并作为失效判断的一项基本依据.%A kind of rapid analysis method of water content in the lubricating oil based on the dielectric constant was proposed. The dielectric constants of the lubricating oil containing water and the same sample added with Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate were separately determined, the difference of above dielectric constants was got and the formula between the difference of dielectric constant and the water content was come up. Through this formula,the water content of the lubricating oil could be quickly determined. The water content in the lubricating oil can be effectively estimated by the method, furthermore, a basic standard to judge the lubricating oil quality is provided.
