基于灰色理论的润滑油监测数据关联度分析

         

摘要

运用灰色趋势关联度理论,以实验中测得的某重型车辆发动机润滑油的介电常数值为系统行为特征序列,定量分析酸值、积碳含量、铁含量与介电常数的关联性,得出了它们之间紧密联系程度的数量表征.对计算结果的研究表明,各个指标与介电常数之间的关联度虽然有一定的差异和波动,但总体处于较高水平,为通过测量介电常数值来判断润滑油状态提供了依据,并为润滑油各个检测指标之间的相互验证提供了一种方法.%The dielectric constant of engine lubrication oil detected in the experiment is treated as system behavior character serial, the gray correlation degree analysis method was applied to evaluate correlation between dielectric constant and acid number,carbon deposition concentration,iron content quantificationally. The results show that different parameter has different correlation with dielectric constant,but they are all on a high level. This proves that the quality of lubrication oil can be estimated through detecting dielectric constant. This method can be used to validate mutual development correlation between different parameter.
