增压中冷柴油机润滑系统优化设计

         

摘要

对某增压中冷柴油机润滑系统关键部位的机油流量、压力与温度进行台架测试;建立该柴油机润滑系统的仿真模型,对润滑系统的流动特性进行仿真分析,试验结果与仿真结果基本一致,验证了仿真模型的准确性.研究表明:该柴油机润滑系统机油泵供给充足,关键摩擦副的流量、压力满足要求,最小油膜厚度明显高于许可值.在满足关键摩擦副润滑要求的前提下,优化了活塞冷却喷嘴尺寸和机油泵流量特性,解决了活塞冷却喷嘴冷却过度的不足.%The lubrication system of a turbocharged inter-cooling diesel engine was investigated with bench test. The simulation model of the lubrication system of the diesel engine was built and the flow characteristics of the lubrication system were studied. Simulation results were identical with test results. The study indicates that the pump of lubrication system supplies sufficiently. The oil flow and pressure of the key friction components in diesel engine meet the requirements. The minimum oil film thickness of bearings is higher than recommended value. In the premise of meeting the lubrication requirements of key friction components, the piston cooling nozzles and oil pump was optimized to resolve the excessive cooling of piston cooling nozzles.
