圆筒型磁流变离合器磁路设计研究

         

摘要

对一种圆筒型结构磁流变离合器的磁路设计进行研究,应用磁路欧姆定律,结合考虑不产生磁路磁饱和效应,初步确定磁路结构参数.应用ANSYS软件进行磁路仿真,结果表明设计磁路结构合理.分别应用磁路欧姆定律和ANSYS软件仿真,对不同激磁电流时磁路响应特性进行对比分析,结果表明直接应用磁路欧姆定律进行响应分析更保守一些;磁芯尺寸、隔磁环、工作间隙相对磁芯轴向位置、工作间隙径向厚度等参数变化对磁路响应影响较大.%Magnetic circuit design of a cylindrical magneto-rheological clutch was studied.Both the magnetic circuit Ohm's law and the rule of avoiding magnetic saturation were applied in the calculation of structural parameters.The simulated results by using ANSYS software show that the magnetic circuit design is successful.The comparison of magnetic field analysis on different magneto-motive force by using the magnetic circuit Ohm's law and ANSYS software was presented, the results show that the former is more conservative.The clutch parameters, such as yoke parameters, the magnetic isolation ring, the configurations of the working gap and yoke, the thickness of the MR gap, have obvious influence on the magnetic circuit.
