时变线接触热弹性流体动力润滑问题的高精度数值算法

         

摘要

采用二阶差分格式离散弹流问题数学模型中的 Reynolds 方程和能量方程,以冲击载荷问题为算例,计算时变线接触热弹性流体动力润滑的压力、弹性变形和载荷,并将计算结果与采用一阶差分格式的计算结果相比较。研究发现,二阶差分格式和一阶差分格式在描述油膜的整体变化方面作用相同,但是二阶差分格式可以较精确地模拟油膜中压力、膜厚和温升的变化,尤其是对油膜变化细节的描述更为精细和准确。%The second order difference scheme was used to derive the Reynolds equation and energy equations in a ther-mal elastohydrodynamic lubrication model.With an impact loading problem as a test case,the pressure,elastic deforma-tion and load of time-dependent line contact thermal EHL were calculated,and the results were compared with those of u-sing first order difference scheme.It is found that the second order difference scheme and the first order difference scheme are similar in describing the general variation of oil film.However,the second order difference scheme can simulate the changes of film pressure,thickness and temperature more accurately,especially the details of the oil film change.
