液膜及气膜非接触式机械密封的对比分析

非接触式机械密封由于其低磨损、高可靠性而成为密封领域研究的热点.介绍非接触式机械密封中液膜和气膜机械密封,分别从研究现状、端面结构、工作机制、技术特征几个方面对液膜及气膜非接触式机械密封进行对比分析,简要给出其各自的使用条件及范围,以期对非接触式机械密封的设计和选型有一定的帮助.%Nowadays,non-contacting mechanical seals become the focus of research because of its low abrasion and high reliability.The non-contact mechanical seals of liquid film and gas film were discussed and compared from research situation,face structure,working mechanism,technical characteristics respectively.Its respective use condition and scope were presented briefly,It is beneficial to the design and type selection of non-contact mechanical seals of liquid film and gas film.
