The structure of plunger of the in-line fuel pump diaphragm for dimethyl ether(DME)engine was designed. The plunger clearance leakage characteristics were analyzed by AMESim,the impact of the clearance size,the fit surface length and the plunger diameter on the instantaneous leakage was discussed.The results show that,with the increases of clearance size,the instantaneous leakage at the same time is increased,the increasing rate of leakage is also gradually raised.The leakage is increased with the increase of plunger diameter,and the fit surface length has little impact on the leakage.By optimizing the design,the reasonable structure parameter range of the plunger is got,the design projects of leakproof plunger and low pressure recovery path are proposed,and the structure of the in-line fuel pump diaphragm is further improved.%以前期开发的二甲醚(DME)发动机用直列隔膜式燃料泵为对象,设计其柱塞偶件结构,运用AMESim软件对柱塞偶件间隙泄漏特性进行仿真分析,探讨间隙大小、配合面长度及柱塞直径对瞬时泄漏量的影响。结果表明:随着间隙的增大,同一时刻的瞬时泄漏量增大,泄漏量增加的幅度也逐渐变大;泄漏量随柱塞直径的增大而增大,而配合面长度对泄漏量影响较小。通过优化设计,得到满足泄漏要求的柱塞偶件结构参数范围,并提出防漏柱塞偶件和低压回收油路的设计方案,进一步完善直列隔膜式燃料泵的结构。
