考虑空穴压力的滑移表面径向滑动轴承性能研究

         

摘要

以给定转速的复合滑移表面径向滑动轴承为研究对象,基于二元滑移模型,利用质量守恒算法研究量纲一滑移长度(轴承滑移长度与半径间隙的比值)、偏心率和空穴压力对径向轴承的承载力、偏位角、摩擦因数的影响,并和非滑移表面径向轴承进行比较.研究表明:量纲一滑移长度增大,承载力增大、摩擦因数减小,当量纲一滑移长度超过10后,这些变化趋于饱和;偏心率为0时复合滑移表面轴承仍具有一定的承载力,适当提高偏心率,承载力增加、摩擦因数减小、稳定性提高;空穴压力对复合滑移表面径向滑动轴承静态性能影响明显.%Taking the given rotational speed of journal bearing with a combined slip surface as the research object,based on the two component slip model,the influence of non-dimensional slip length (ratio of the bearing's slip length and clearance),eccentricity and cavitation pressure on the load capacity,attitude angle and friction coefficient was studied by using the mass conservation algorithm,and the results were compared with those under no-slip condition.The results show that as non-dimensional slip length enhances,load capacity is increased and friction coefficient is decreased.However,all of them will reach a state of saturation when the non-dimensional slip length is more than 10.There exists a certain bearing capacity for the bearing with a combined slip surface when the eccentricity is 0.Properly increasing the eccentricity can enhance load capacity,reduce friction coefficient and improve stability of the bearing.The influence of the cavitation pressure on the performance of the journal bearing with a combined slip surface is obvious.
