It investigated the effect of the properties of inorganic sealing and hardening agent as a coating on the mechanical performance, durability and micro-structures of concrete. The results were concluded as a 18% reduction in concrete water absorption and various improvements in Mohs hardness and compressive strength. Especially there was an enhancement in concrete anti-permeable grade from P10 to P14 as well as significant modifications in anti-permeability of chloride ion and anti-carbonization ability. The inorganic sealing and hardening agent functioned as a concrete exterior coating to fill the o-pening pores physically and chemically to make the denser exterior surface and prevent harmful mediums invading which consequently improved the concrete durability.%研究分析了无机密封固化剂对混凝土物理力学性能、耐久性能和微观结构的影响.试验结果表明该密封固化剂可使混凝土的吸水率降低18%左右,摩氏硬度、抗压强度和耐磨性均有不同程度的提高.混凝土抗渗等级由P10提高到P14,抗氯离子渗透性和碳化性能得以明显提高.密封固化剂是通过毛细渗透作用和化学反应提高密实度,阻碍有害介质的侵入,从而提高混凝土耐久性.
