第三方物流企业供应链金融监管体系研究及其构建

摘要

The paper introduces the modes of 3PL supply chain finance regulation and the various hazards in their application and proposes to establish the supply chain finance regulatory system that relies on the leadership of banks, the self-discipline of 3PL enterprises, and the supervision of other participants in order to combat existing risks while keeping a tight hold on the logistics conditions of the objects under regulation.%从供应链金融的概念出发,分析了3PL供应链金融的监管业务模式以及在实际服务过程中面临的各种各样风险,指出如何既有力地掌控监管标的物的物流状态,又有效的进行风险控制,从而建立银行主导、3PL自律、参与方监督的"三位一体"的供应链金融监管体系.
