采用定量分析的方法,根据市场需求以及成本分析,解决了银行贷款利率的确定方法,同时对监管费用的收取方法以及企业通过融资获得的额外收益进行再分配提出了建议.%Using quantitative analysis, the paper works out the approach for the determination of bank loan rates in accordance with market demand and cost analysis and then gives suggestions for the collection method of regulation fees and the redistribtuion of extra earnings generated from supply chain financial services.
