基于LabVIEW的物流包装材料无害化生产过程数据采集系统设计

摘要

In this paper,we used computer technologies to collect the parametric data in the non-hazard production process of logistics packaging materials to study the method for data collection and testing.Then on the basis of virtual instrument technology,we established a data collection system based on the manufacturer-consumer mode to gather technical parameters closely pertaining to the performance index of the non-hazard production.%物流过程使用的包装材料大多为发泡材料,其生产过程的无害化是当前研究的热点和难点.利用计算机技术采集物流包装发泡材料无害化生产过程参数数据,研究数据的测试和采集方法,基于虚拟仪器技术构建了一种基于生产者-消费者模式的数据采集系统用以采集与物流包装材料无害化生产性能指标密切相关的工艺参数.
