基于定制生产的发货及售后服务信息化平台研究

摘要

以定制企业的发货与售后服务环节为研究对象,阐述了定制企业在两个环节管理中存在的实际问题,针对定制企业生产品存在的状态,建立能精确控制定制企业发货进程的信息平台；依托物料编码系统,对定制产品售货服务环节进行跟踪控制,重点描述了发货及售后管理的流程建模与程序实现过程.%In this paper,in view of the status of the finished products of a certain enterprise practicing customized production,we established the information platform that could accurately manage the status of product delivery of the enterprise and then relying on a material encoding system,performance tracking control over the after-sales services of the customized products.
