规模经济效益下供应链的协调研究

摘要

In this paper, in view of a supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one distributor, we analyzed the game equilibrium of the supply chain members under distributive and centralized decision-making modes respectively, discussed how the profit of the manufacturer and the distributor changed with the coefficient of the economy of scale, and at the end, reached some revealing conclusions.%针对一个制造商和一个销售商构成的供应链中，制造商的单位生产成本具有规模经济效应情况，分析了分散决策和集中决策下供应链成员的博弈均衡，分别研究了收益共享契约、全部数量折扣契约和渐增数量折扣契约，讨论了制造商和销售商的利润随规模经济系数的变化情况。结果表明，三种契约都能有效地协调供应链，随规模经济系数的增大，制造商更倾向于采用收益共享契约和渐增数量折扣契约，销售商更倾向于采用全部数量折扣契约。
