在电子商务快速发展的今天,物流配送的“最后一公里”问题已成为制约我国电子商务发展的瓶颈。通过对海尔日日顺物流现状及制约因素的分析,研究得出海尔日日顺家电物流“最后一公里”的实现路径,包括配送网络、响应速度、服务质量等,并分析了其社会效益和经济效益。%In this paper, through analyzing the current status of Haier Gooday Electrical Appliance Logistics Company as well as the issues restricting its development, we arrived at the realizing path of the last-mile distribution process of the company, which included distribution network, response speed, service quality, etc., and at the end, analyzed its social and economic benefits.
