基于SWOT分析的物流业发展战略研究-以万源市为例

摘要

在对万源市区域经济进行实证调查的基础上，运用SWOT分析法对万源市发展现代物流业具有的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了系统分析，在此基础上提出了万源市物流业发展的基本战略。%In this paper, on the basis of an empirical investigation of the regional economy of the Wanyuan city, we employed the SWOT analysis to study systematically the strength and weakness of the city in developing the modern logistics industry as well as the opportunities and threats it faced and on such basis proposed the basic strategy for the development of the logistics industry in Wanyuan.
