国有物流企业经营管理模式研究

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the operational management of the state-owned logistics enterprises of China, pointed out the significance to change the operational mode of these enterprises, argued that the change should be effected from the aspects of organization and cost management, and at the end, proposed the method to examine the operational management mode of the state-owned logistics enterprises.%通过对我国国有物流企业的经营管理现状的分析，提出国有物流企业改变经营管理模式的重要性，指出应从组织经营管理模式和物流企业成本管理模式两个方向入手，最后提出了对国有物流企业经营管理模式的考察方式和保障途径。
