基于集合覆盖模型的“快递专柜”网点规划-以杭州下沙高教园区为例

In this paper, in order to improve the current status of the end-point dispatch in express parcelldeliveries, we proposed to set up the stop-type express counters to help the couriers deal with the existing problems in this respect. First we introduced the express counter based parcelldispatching mode. Next, to test whether the mode could improve the efficiency of the couriers, we used the set coverage model to optimize the express delivery network planning of the Hangzhou Xiasha higher education park and at the end, discussed some of the findings.%为改善快递末端派送效率低下、安全性低的现状，提出了设置站点式“快递专柜”帮助快递员进行派件的解决方法。首先对“快递专柜”派件模式进行介绍。其次为验证“快递专柜”是否能够提高派件员派件效率，利用集合覆盖模型结合杭州下沙高教园区实际情况得出该地最优网点规划方案。计算结果表明，“快递专柜”确实通过设立少量的网店，减少了快递员派件的时间，且能有效保护快递安全和提高客户满意度，值得进一步研究及推广。
