阐述了电子商务与物流的关系,分析了现阶段我国电商物流出现的问题,并在此基础上提出电商企业参与电商物流服务平台的必要性,基于委托代理模型构建了电商企业-物流服务平台的目标成本激励模型,旨在激励电商企业参与物流服务平台。%In this paper, we introduced the relationship between e-commerce and logistics, analyzed the problems in the e-commerce logistics system in China at the current stage, on such basis pointed out the necessity of the participation of the e-commerce enterprises in the e-commerce logistics service platform and at the end, on the basis of the principal-agent model, built the objective cost motivation model of the platform.
