基于系统动力学的物流企业服务创新

摘要

应用系统动力学的思想和观点，分析了物流企业服务创新系统与内、外部因素之间的关系，通过对企业创新绩效影响因素的分析，建立了能够反映物流企业服务创新绩效的系统动力学模型，同时，应用仿真软件将结果转换为图形化的表达。研究发现物流企业服务创新的实现与自身内在的创新能力以及合作伙伴的创新水平有着密切的联系，物流企业应选择合适的合作伙伴并积极调整与利益相关企业的关系，从而促进自身物流服务的创新与发展。%In this paper, using the principles and notions of the system dynamics theory, we analyzed the relationship between the internal and external factors and the service innovation system of the logistics enterprises, built the system dynamics model that could reflect the service innovation performance of the logistics enterprises and at the same time converted the result into diagraphic expression using a simulation software. At the end, we discussed the implications of the findings.
