从钦州港的竞争对手、钦州港物流供给和需求三方面分析钦州港物流市场，通过建立数学模型对钦州港口物流需求进行预测，提出钦州港口物流发展趋势：服务临港产业、保税物流、园区物流和柔性化。经营策略可选择战略联盟、推行名牌战略、加强营销策略研究和强化内部管理。%In this paper we analyzed the logistics market of the Qinzhou Harbor on the aspects of competition, logistics supply and demand, forecast the logistics demand at the harbor using a mathematical model, pointed out the trend for its development and at the end, proposed the suitable measures to promote its sound development.
