基于Shapley值法的流通企业共同配送利益分配模型分析

摘要

对共同配送现状进行了分析和整理，然后以博弈论思想为基础，介绍了经典的利益分配模式-Shapley值法，基于北京朝批商贸有限公司的实际数据给出了共同配送利益分配模型具体应用的一个算例，在此基础上，对Shapley值法存在的局限性进行分析，针对其存在的风险，提出了改进措施，并对计算结果进行了比较分析。%In this paper, through analyzing and summarizing the current status of the joint distribution practice and then on the basis of the game theory, we introduced the Shapley value method, a classic revenue allocation mode, and then on the basis of the practical data of the Beijing Chaopi Business&Trade Co., Ltd., presented a numerical example of the application of the mode. Next, on such basis, we analyzed the limitations of the Shapley value method and proposed the corresponding improvement measures in light of the existing risks.
