校园快递配送模式创新研究-以南华大学为例

摘要

In this paper, in view of the rapid development and the many problems exposed of the campus express delivery industry, we first analyzed the current status of the campus express delivery industry in the Nanhua University, then discussed the existing problems from the perspectives of the express delivery service agents and the students/teachers, and at the end proposed respectively the residential agent mode, school supervision mode and school direct representation mode to replace the scattered campus express delivery service agencies.%在校园快递业务迅速发展并暴露诸多问题的背景下，以南华大学为研究对象，首先分析校园快递配送现状，从快递代理商角度和校园师生角度探讨校园快递配送存在的问题，并提出代理入驻、学校监管模式和学校直接代理模式来取代分散代理配送模式，以优化校园快递业务，提升校园快递工作效率和服务水平。
