军事逆向物流的战略需求、实施及其运作模式

摘要

军事逆向物流是军队现代化建设的重要内容,是提升军队战斗力的重要手段.分析了军事逆向物流的战略需求,在此基础上对军事逆向物流战略的实施从五个方面进行了重点分析探讨,指出了其中应该注意的问题,同时对军事逆向物流的运作模式进行了探讨,分析了两种运作模式的特点、机制及其缺点,最后进行了总结,指出了军事逆向物流模式的选择中应该考虑的因素.%The reverse military logistics system is an important part in the modern army construction and an important means to improve the combat capability of the Chinese army. In this paper, we analyzed the strategic demand of the reverse military logistics system, then on such basis, focuses on five aspects in the implementation of the reverse military logistics strategy, pointed out the existing problems, discussed its operational mode, analyzed and compared the characteristics, working mechanism and shortcomings of two popular operational modes, and at the end, concluded on the factors to be considered in the selection of the reverse military logistics modes.
