In this paper, in view of the conflict between the hotel and travel agency caused by demand fluctuation and/or the gap between the in-and out-seasons, we established the revenue sharing contract model and buyback contract model respectively for the travel agency and the hotel. Then through theoretical analysis and numerical verification, we compared the model established and the traditional model which showed that it could improve the overall profit level of the supply chain.%基于当前旅游业需求波动、淡旺季差所引发的酒店和旅行社之间的冲突问题,分别构建了旅行社和酒店的收益共享契约模型和回购契约模型.通过理论分析和算例验证,对新建模型和传统模型进行了比较.结果表明:引入旅行社的促销努力使得传统的旅游供应链无法实现协调,而考虑促销成本共担的契约模型能够较好地解决这一问题,从而提高供应链的整体利润水平.
