基于灰色-模糊理论的装配企业供应链协同绩效实证研究

This paper proceed from the five aspects of information flow, capital flow, business flow, service level and the development potential, constructs the evaluation index system of the assembly enterprise supply chain coordination performance. Based on grey-fuzzy theory, this paper detailed analyzes the comprehensive evaluation method of the assembly enterprise supply cbain coordination performance, and on this basis, through the practical investigation and expert scoring, empirical analysis of a enterprise's performance of supply chain coordination performance about assembly enterprise in Wuhan, at last, this paper put forward the constructive opinion to the further development of this enterprise.%从信息流、资金流、业务流、服务水平和发展潜力五个方面出发．构建了装配企业供应链协同绩效的评价指标体系。基于灰色-模糊理论详细分析了装配企业供应链协同绩效综合评价方法，在此基础上，通过实际调研和专家打分，实证分析了武汉市某家装配企业供应链协同的绩效，并为该企业的进一步发展提出了建设性的意见。
