提升港口集疏运铁路分担率研究

         

摘要

As the link of container seaport and hinterland, a collecting and distributing system of port is the basis of the development of a seaport. Background and specific influencing factors are put forward. Qualitative analysis of the goal for the system optimization is discussed, and goal structure chart is established. Starting from the forecast of container throughput, this paper focuses on the choice of transportation mode in collecting and distributing system. Taking indirect factors into consideration and taking road and rail transport as an exampie, this paper puts forward the smallest "total cost" transportation mode choice model and does some analysis on it. And then, a thought on determination of transportation lair share rate is introduced. At last, taking Shanghai port as an example, does some specific analysis and calculations with model application.%港口集疏运系统作为连接港口与内陆腹地的纽带.是港口发展的基础,因此相关研究成为了重中之重。首先阐述其背景现状、影响因素等。定性总体优化目标,构建目标层次结构图。从预测集装箱吞吐量出发.重点研究集疏运方式选择.将非直接因素加入考虑,以公铁运输为例,得出基于“总成本”最小的集疏运方式选择模型,列举加大铁路比重的方法.并提出确定合理分担率的思路。最终以上海港为例.进行分析与模型应用。
