高职物流管理专业现状问题及对策研究--以Z学院为例

With the gradual rise of the continuous development of China's e-commerce economy,the rapid development of the logistics industry.Corporate demand for logistics personnel is growing,so more and more reluctant to set up university logistics management professional, vocational Logistics Management Education has been rapid development. But at the same rapid development of vocational education in logistics management,there are some obvious contradictions:one is desperate for business logistics personnel,while on the other hand,the logistics college graduates do not seem to meet the needs of the enterprise.Under such a situation,to Zhaoqing Technology Vocational and Technical College,for example,a detailed analysis of the current situation is similar to logistics management professional institutions,issues and main countermeasures should be taken.%随着我国经济的不断发展和电子商务的逐渐兴起，物流业也得到了快速发展。企业对物流人才的需求量越来越大，于是越来越多的高校开设了物流管理专业，高职物流管理专业教育得到了快速的发展。但是在高职物流管理教育快速发展的同时，也产生了一些突出的矛盾：一方面是企业对物流人才求贤若渴，而另一方面是高校的物流类毕业生似乎并不符合企业的需求。在这样一种情况下，文中以肇庆科技职业技术学院为例，详细分析了同类型的院校物流管理专业的现状、问题及应该采取的主要对策。
