大规模地震灾害应急物流网络优化分析

摘要

In the massive earthquake disaster emergency rescue, it's need to construct a reasonable emergency logistics network,to organize and manage the emergency logistics effectively,to improve the supplies timely and delivery accurately,and relieve the disorder of disaster area.This paper constructs the “outlets -transit facilities -demand point” of two levels of a massive earthquake disaster emergency logistics network, and analysis the nodes and channel factors in the network, then put forward the network optimization management advices briefly.%大规模地震灾害应急救援中，需要构建合理的应急物流网络，对应急物流进行有效组织与管理，以提高救援物资及时、准确配送，缓解灾区救援凌乱无序的状况。文中构建了“供应点－中转设施－需求点”的大规模地震灾害两级应急物流网络，对该网络中的节点及通道要素进行分析，并简要提出了网络优化管理建议。
