城乡规划原理对于铁路物流园区规划的借鉴

摘要

Railway currently is transforming into a depth of modern logistics development in China.As the important part of railway reform,railway logistics center planning needs to learn from urban planning procedures and updates the concepts and standard.The paper analyzes content of different stages between railway logistics center and urban planning.Based on urban planning,the paper put forwards the lesson and expression applied to railway.To provide the reference of perfection of railway logistics center planning and combination with social logistics,various related indexes are analyzed and interpreted.%铁路目前正在向现代化物流深度转型发展,铁路物流园区规划作为其重要内容,需要借鉴城市规划成熟做法,及时更新园区规划设计理念及标准.文中通过深入分析城市规划与铁路物流园区规划不同规划层次,对比分析各阶段主要内容,基于城市规划内容提出铁路物流园区规划可借鉴的理念与表达方式,总结归纳适用铁路物流园区领域的城市规划术语,分析了关系密切的相关指标,为完善铁路物流园区规划,及时对接城市规划及社会物流提供参考.
