Regretfully, though, such excellent abilities of hers have disappeared in her latest novel, The Banquet Bug, as she disregarded the convincingness of her fiction in order to add a'legendary'colour to her story, which comes at a disastrous cost, with the result that The Banquet Bug has turned into a novel of poor persuasiveness, confusing logic, flat characters and rough-edged language and shows that the author, when writing in English, falls short of expectations while exhibiting confused values in an attempt to'flatter'the West.
