You plummet. You begin from scratch. You look up from the bottom. That's the life of a migrant's for most who migrate to the West. No one wants you to come. No one thinks you are better, at least not from the beginning. That's the ex-perience. For the first-generation migrants everywhere, the lucky ones can manage to do things marginally related to their profession. Listening to their own experience is not as good as obeying orders from their superiors.
