基于服务协议的云服务提供商信息安全责任剖析

摘要

文章从隐私政策、免责声明、协议终止、以及法律适用4个角度对15家主要云服务提供商服务协议中的信息安全责任进行了剖析,指出了现有云服务协议存在的主要问题,就用户如何选用云服务给出了相应的建议,力图使用户在接受云服务时更为全面深入地知晓自身的信息安全风险.%Based on the service agreement, the article analyzes the information security responsibilities of 15 main cloud service providers from four perspectives: private policy, service disclaimer, service termination, and information laws and policies. Then, the article points out the shortcomings of existing cloud service agreement therefore gave corresponding suggestions to users, in order to provide beneifcial help for users on how to choose cloud service.
