公共图书馆志愿者管理与效能探索

摘要

文章从国内外图书馆志愿者服务发展的背景出发，通过调研国内图书馆特别是广东省公共图书馆现有志愿者服务情况，从图书馆志愿者的建立模式、专业类型、服务内容、服务效益、管理方式、发展的问题出发，结合深圳南山图书馆开展志愿者服务的管理与效能分析，探索提出志愿者队伍的建设与管理整套模式。%From the domestic and foreign library volunteer service development background of extensive investigation in domestic libraries especially in our province are now available in the library volunteer service, classifying and analyzing the investigation, the library volunteer building-up model, professional type, service content, service efifciency, management, development of, combined with the unit to carry out the management and efficiency analysis of volunteer service, to explore the volunteer team construction and management of the whole model put forward.
