基于3D打印服务的图书馆版权保护问题初探

摘要

More and more libraries are being added to the ranks in the 3D printing service in the past.3D printing services to expand and deepen the awareness of the value of library services, features and content, promote social innovation by the indirect effects of the transition to contribute directly of library information service. Lack of rule of law, fair use is limited, contributory infringement of copyright issues restrict library 3D printing services. Legislation should provide policy support for the library service of the increasingly sophisticated technology, 3D printing and library services must be established practice in accordance with the laws and regulations of the foundation.%越来越多的图书馆正在加入到从事3D打印服务的行列中来。3D打印服务拓展与深化了人们对图书馆服务价值、功能和内涵的认识，推动了图书馆服务对社会创新由间接的影响向直接促进的转变。法律规则缺失、合理使用受限、共同侵权风险等版权问题制约着图书馆3D打印服务的开展。立法应该为日益先进的技术化应用于图书馆服务提供政策支撑，而图书馆必须将3D打印服务实践建立在遵循法律法规的基础之上。
