基于利益相关者价值取向的图书馆绩效评价研究

     

摘要

现阶段的图书馆绩效评价过程中普遍存在着过分考虑单一利益主体需求和短期利益等现象。文章基于利益相关者理论,以绩效三维棱柱模型作为评价工具,分析了图书馆的利益相关者构成,明确了图书馆的利益相关者的需求、利益相关者的贡献、图书馆组织发展战略、图书馆业务流程和图书馆组织能力等方面,梳理了对图书馆进行战略性绩效评价的实施思路,构建了一种图书馆绩效评价分析框架。%At present, in the performance evaluation in the library,that is a common phenomenon, excessive considering single stakeholders needs and short-term interests, etc. This paper based on analysis of stakeholder theory, according to three-dimensional prism model as an evaluation tool, analyses the library’s stakeholders. makes clear stakeholder needs, stakeholder contributions, Organizational strategy, business process and organization skills, combs the basic train of thought and analytical framework of Strategic performance evaluation in the library.
