基于TAM的移动图书馆用户采纳行为影响因素研究综述

摘要

文章对国内外移动图书馆采纳行为的相关文献进行统计,重点对实证研究设计、TAM模型的扩建、核心变量、前置外部变量、调节变量等方面进行归纳与讨论,并提出后续研究须动态对比研究用户采纳行为、获取数据多元化、样本数量扩大化、按样本特征进行研究、模型扩展化等五点建议,以从不同角度和多个层次开展面向移动图书馆用户的技术接受研究.%This paper summarizes the literature of the adoption behavioral in domestic and foreign mobile libraries, focusing on the empirical research design, the expansion of TAM model, the core variables, the pre-external variables, the adjustment variables and so on. and puts forward the following ifve suggestion: subsequent studies must be dynamically compared to study user adoption behavior, data obtainment diversified, increased sample size, studies according to the characteristics of the sample and model expansion, so as to carry out the research of facing mobile library users from different angles and multiple levels.
